1. Scope of Terms

These terms govern the use of the iOS application KliKla: Kinderstimmen.

2. Features & Services

Free Tier: Includes local recording of words, child profile management, age calculation, and local ZIP export. All data remains exclusively on your device.

Premium Subscription: Unlocks automatic encrypted iCloud sync and multi-device backup via Apple CloudKit.

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. They renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
